Human Resources manages nearly 500 full or part-time employees. Full-time employees have access to health, dental and life insurance as well as retirement options. Full and part-time employees living outside the city limits are allowed to bring their children to Elizabethton tuition-free. 

Since the 2020-2021 school year, John Hutchins has been placed over human resources.He has assembled a team that works in concert with faculty and staff to oversee all aspects of employment for full and part-time staff.
