Community service is not a graduation requirement at EHS. However, some scholarships, including TNPromise, and colleges and universities require volunteer hours. Seniors mut have 8 volunteer hours by July 1 of the year they graduate to remain TNPromise eligible. 

Seniors must have 8 hours before July 1^st to remain TN Promise eligible. Various ideas are also listed in the TNPromise handbook which all seniors were given.
